The microclimate unit is intended for setting temperature and humidity parameters and their automatic control in the final proofing chambers for dough pieces in bakeries.
· The microclimate unit consists of the rack-mounted climator and the external electric cabinet with the control panel.
· The climator is placed in the proofing chamber and is connected to the water supply system and the control cabinet.
· The microclimate works automatically.
· The body of the climator and the steam generation system are made of stainless steel.
· The electrical cabinet with the control panel is mounted in the accessible place on the wall off-final proofing chamber and is cable-connected to the climator.
· There is a special mode intended for prolonging the life span of the tubular heating elements.
· A special system prevents water spilling while the steam generator is boiling.
· The climator is equipped with the protection system against turning on the heating elements in the absence of water supply.
· The design of the control unit includes two timers which allow controlling the proofing time on two trolleys.
· The recirculating fan as a part of the climator provides the circulation of the preheated and moistened air inside the final proofing chamber. This provides uniformity of the environment of the whole working capacity.
· Control devices allow setting and keeping the temperature and humidity in the chamber with fine-resolution. This provides high quality of proofing of the dough pieces.
· The component parts are produced by Atmel, Honeywell and Dallas Semiconducton which guarantees their reliability and longevity.
· The unit does not require permanent mounting; it has light weight and small overall dimensions. This allows moving it easily as well as using it as a proofing chamber in any available place with the capacity of up to 10m3.
· The configuration of the microclimate with the twin and triple climator is available. This allows enlarging the proofing chamber up to 20 m3 and up to 30 m3.
