In the Impex Rotor rotary furnace, reverse rotation of the cart is provided. The reinforced design of the platform is designed for baking heavy bread in molds.
An effective air circulation scheme with a centralized fan made in Italy creates a uniform air flow at an optimal speed in the baking chamber, which allows you to obtain evenly baked products of a wide range with a uniform color surface without readjusting the shutters.The Italian-made recirculation fan is specially designed for high temperatures.

Using the “preheating” option allows you to minimize heat loss when rolling a cart with blanks into the baking chamber and, accordingly, shortens the baking time.
Saturation of the baking chamber with the required amount of steam is provided by a powerful tray-type steam humidification system, placed directly in the hot air flow, which allows you to quickly restore the power of the steam generator after steam humidification.
The rotary oven is designed for round-the-clock operation in the conditions of a bakery.
