New Effedue Intensive Dough Mixer for a Confectionery Workshop - January 2025

At one of the enterprises in Chernihiv region, we installed another intensive dough mixer from Effedue, a leading Italian manufacturer. Thanks to dough mixing at speeds of 100 and 200 revolutions per minute, the dough for sweet baked goods becomes uniform and airy, while tipping the bowl onto the table makes it easier for confectioners to unload the dough from the bowl for further processing.
