Description

The Impex Drop-600J depositing machine is versatile equipment for producing a wide range of confectionery products. The machine is suitable for shortbread cookies, choux pastries, éclairs, profiteroles, cupcakes, meringues, and other products with the possibility of further applying fruit paste or jam.

The machine is controlled and programmed using a convenient Russian-language operator panel. Thanks to flexible multi-step adjustment of the depositing cycle, as well as the ability to work with multi-layer products, the Impex Drop-600J makes it possible to create exclusive shapes of cookies and other confectionery products.

If necessary, the operator can change the parameters of each machine movement directly during the technological process.

Features of the Impex Drop-600J depositing machine

  • The machine is equipped with a universal hopper and a special group of stainless steel rollers, which makes it possible to work both with shortcrust dough and semi-liquid masses without replacing the hopper.
  • Suitable for producing shortbread cookies, choux pastries, profiteroles, cupcakes, meringues, and other confectionery products.
  • The jam pump is an autonomous dispenser and can be used for dosing confectionery masses or filling products without being connected to the main machine.
  • Disconnecting the dispenser from the depositing machine takes less than one minute. The dispenser operates from a standard 220 V socket.
  • Without the jam dispenser, the machine can operate as a standard single-hopper depositing machine.
  • The table lowering function with adjustable speed allows the production of multi-layer products up to 60 mm high, including "Christmas trees", multi-layer rings, "sandwiches", and other shapes.
  • The machine body is fully made of stainless steel.
  • Stainless steel toothed rollers make it possible to work with dough of different consistencies, preventing slipping and reducing wear on parts.
  • The basic model is equipped with speed variators for the belt movement, extrusion rollers, and table lifting.
  • The absence of mechanical switching devices and brake clutches ensures quiet operation and increases machine reliability.
  • Depositing parameters can be changed while the equipment is operating.
  • The sheet return function allows one person to operate the machine.
  • The machine is easy to clean: all main parts are easily removable, and the washing process is practically no different from servicing a single-hopper machine.
  • The configuration uses components from European manufacturers: Mitsubishi, Atmel, Lovato, Wieland, Relpol, Carlo Gavazzi, STM, and others.
