Enrobing line
Impexmash Enrobing Line is a complete equipment solution for coating confectionery products with chocolate glaze or natural chocolate. The line is suitable for sweets, marshmallow-type products, marmalade, sponge cakes, biscuits, gingerbread, wafers, dried fruits and other confectionery products.
The line can be used by small pastry workshops, bakeries and larger confectionery manufacturers that need stable chocolate coating, fast cooling and optional decorative finishing of products.
Purpose of the enrobing line
The enrobing line is designed for automated chocolate coating of confectionery products followed by cooling. By combining an enrobing machine, tempering machine, decorator and cooling tunnel, the production process becomes more consistent - from chocolate mass preparation to final coating stabilization.
