The Impex Rotor mini rotary bakery oven is a compact oven with a 10-level trolley for 600x400 mm trays. The equipment is supplied with a proofing cabinet and is designed for baking bakery, confectionery, and small-piece dough products.
The oven is suitable for small production facilities, confectionery workshops, restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, and bakeries. It is used for proofing and baking buns, pizza, pies with various fillings, hot dogs, puff pastry products, including frozen semi-finished products, as well as other bakery and confectionery products.
