Description
The Impex CT-400.4 cooling tunnel is designed for rapid cooling of glaze or chocolate on confectionery products after glazing or decorating.
The tunnel is based on industrial automatic units that allow continuous 24/7 operation without stopping to defrost the evaporators. The equipment can be used either separately or as part of a glazing line together with the Impex EM-300 glazing machine and the Impex TMA-80 tempering machine.
