Impex Rotor rotary kiln (pellet fired)
The universal rotary convection bakery oven manufactured by the ImpexMash Production and Technical Center with a pellet burner is designed for baking a wide range of bakery products. The equipment can be manufactured to operate on different types of fuel: electricity, gas, or pellets.
The rotary bakery oven ensures stable baking of high-quality products: good dough rise, even surface color, proper product structure, and an attractive gloss.
When operating on pellets, the oven is equipped with a fully automatic flame-type pellet burner and a specially designed firebox for convenient ash removal.

The front panel, oven door, walls, ceiling, floor, and threshold of the baking chamber are made of stainless steel. This design ensures equipment durability, easy maintenance, and compliance with the requirements of industrial bakery production.
The control system is based on a microprocessor controller. It allows up to 100 baking programs to be set and uses temperature deviation prediction, which helps accurately maintain the required temperature mode during operation.
The upper drive for rotating the rack trolley, the low threshold of the baking chamber, and the short ramp help prevent shaking of dough pieces when the trolley is loaded into the oven.
The platform rotation drive is equipped with a gear mechanism and a friction clutch, which protects the equipment from failure in case the trolley jams.
The Impex Rotor rotary oven is equipped with reverse trolley rotation. The reinforced platform design is intended for baking heavy bread in molds.
An efficient air circulation scheme with an Italian-made centrifugal fan creates a uniform air flow of optimal speed inside the baking chamber. This makes it possible to obtain evenly baked products with the same surface color without additional adjustment of the louvers.
The Italian-made recirculation fan is specially designed for operation at high temperatures.
The preheating option helps minimize heat losses when the trolley with dough pieces is rolled into the baking chamber and reduces baking time.
The baking chamber is saturated with the required amount of steam by a powerful tray-type steam humidification system. It is located directly in the hot air flow, which allows the steam generator capacity to be quickly restored after steam supply.
The rotary oven is designed for 24/7 operation in bakery plant conditions. All motors, gear motors, and starting and control equipment are made in Italy.
