Impex Roll-400 dough rolling machine
The Impex Roll-400 dough moulder is designed to give pre-rounded dough pieces a cylindrical shape. The equipment is used for producing a wide range of bakery products.
The machine is recommended for operation as part of lines with a capacity of up to 2500 pcs/h at bakery enterprises. It works with dough pieces weighing from 0.2 to 0.8 kg.
Thanks to its reliable design, convenient adjustments, and expanded technological capabilities, the Impex Roll-400 makes it possible to obtain products with an attractive appearance, a high-quality crumb structure, and embossed cuts on the surface.
Operating principle of the Impex Roll-400
A spherical dough piece enters the receiving hopper, which is equipped with a protective locking device and a centering device. The dough piece is then rolled into a sheet of the required thickness by two pairs of sheeting rollers.
After that, the pre-rolled dough piece moves onto the moving conveyor belt, is rolled into a cylinder using the pre-rolling mesh, and, passing under the moulding plate, is formed into a cylindrical dough piece of the required length and diameter.

- The working surfaces have non-stick properties.
- The moulding plate and the protective locking device of the loading hopper can be tilted back and fixed for cleaning and maintenance.
- The multilayer seamless polymer conveyor belt has increased wear resistance.
- The conveyor design prevents the conveyor belt from slipping during operation.
- Four swivel wheel supports, two of which have brake locks, allow the machine to be moved around the production area.
- The interlock system ensures personnel safety during operation and maintenance.
