The Impex CONDY tunnel confectionery oven is designed for baking sugar cookies, as well as various types of cookies, gingerbread, and other confectionery and rich bakery products.

Baking in the tunnel confectionery oven is carried out on trays: flat or flat perforated, depending on the type of product. The trays are placed on a double chain conveyor, which ensures continuous movement of the blanks through the baking chamber.

The Impex CONDY confectionery oven consists of several baking chambers, a feeding table, a receiving table, an exhaust system, a control panel with a microprocessor controller, and is designed for continuous 24/7 operation.

Design and operating principle of the Impex CONDY oven

In each baking chamber, tubular electric heaters are installed at the top and bottom. Temperature control and power distribution of the upper and lower heating elements in each baking chamber are carried out independently, with indicators displayed on the control panel screen.

Baking takes place in the tunnel chamber while the product moves continuously. This operating principle helps save thermal energy, maintain a stable temperature mode, and ensure high production capacity.

The baking chamber of the tunnel oven can have up to 6 temperature control zones. This allows for optimized electricity consumption and even baking of products along the entire length of the working zone.

The double chain conveyor ensures stable continuous feeding of blanks and prevents trays from skewing or jamming inside the oven.

The baking time is adjusted from 3 to 25 minutes using a Mitsubishi frequency converter, which controls the rotation frequency of the conveyor drive motor. The required time is set from the control panel directly in minutes and seconds.

The PID system for regulating the power of the heating elements provides smooth and precise control of heat supply in each zone of the baking chamber. This makes it possible to achieve the optimal baking mode for different types of confectionery products.

Power regulation is carried out using PWM modulation with a floating switch-on phase to reduce peak currents.

The paired overrunning friction clutch on the conveyor drive helps prevent damage in case of conveyor overload and also makes it possible to quickly remove products from the oven in the event of a power outage.

The oven design allows the length of the working zone to be increased if necessary without replacing the control devices. It is also possible to use trays of different sizes up to 650 mm wide.

The Impex CONDY oven is designed for continuous 24/7 operation with scheduled stops once a month.
